Hexagram 10 : Fulfillment

This hexagram symbolizes danger. However as long as one could reason, there is nothing to be scared of. Hence if you are already on this path, accept it is the path should continue to take as it will toughen you out.
The most important thing is that you should know your strength and weakness, and extend the courtesy wherever possible. For example, respecting your higher ups is necessary as they are more powerful than you. You should also extend courtesy to your subordinates even if you are more powerful to than them. Knowing how to balance between your power against the position you are in is important for your success.
Just not by the cover. Do not believe 100% in the law of nature that the strong would always win and take over the weak. In reality those that look weak could be stronger than those that look strong because they could pretend to look weak to avoid troubles. In this case, they their real strength is in the wisdom and not in the power. From this point of view, we can use softness to overcome hardness.
Why are we so afraid of uncertainty? The worst thing in life is inexplicable fear. This hexagram encourages you to face your fare as failure to do so means you would only live a negative life, never gain courage, self-confidence, patience and faith. It is only through self confidence that you achieve good interpersonal skills, deal with others at ease, and living in harmony with others.
